F.E.A.R. versus L.O.V.E.
Mmmmm, was my reaction when I heard this title in my mind as a request for my next channeled blog. So, I did what I usually do and asked the forces that be what it was all about? And this is their answer folks:
“Dear friends,
This is how we see you, as friends and as equals. We wish you to know this.
There is much to say that needs to be spoken in order for us to relay the words that are in our hearts.
We have such L.O.V.E. for each and every one of you who has chosen to embark upon this unprecedented lifetime on planet Earth. Each and every one of you has many gifts to offer during this time. And yet still you do not believe that you are worthy of sharing your gifts with the rest of humanity. Why is this?
There is only one answer, and this takes many forms. The answer is F.E.A.R. We wish to make these words prominent now so that you may absorb the importance of what we are saying to you.
F.E.A.R. arises in many guises. It could be:
· a feeling of dread of going into a situation that you prefer not to enter
· resistance to doing something that you know in your heart you want to do, but you do not know what the outcome will be, so you choose not to do it – this is a fear of walking into the unknown
· an unwillingness to face someone, or a situation, that is intimidating you or making you feel unworthy, belittling you
· anxiety caused by a situation that seems impossible to resolve
· a resistance to doing what you know in your heart you are here to do because you F.E.A.R. what others will say about you, or how they will treat you
There are many other scenarios however we believe you have got the picture.
So, what can you do about this F.E.A.R.?
Our answer to this is to rise above it, literally, in vibration, into the frequency of L.O.V.E.
We speak here of the unconditional variety of L.O.V.E. that is freely available to each one of you by stepping up your vibration.
How can you increase your vibration to this level of L.O.V.E.?
· Focus on your heart centre, relax, and allow the anxieties of being a human to melt away
· ‘Know’ that you are one with Source
· Acknowledge your connection to your Earth Mother, feel her energy grounding and stabilising you
· Feel their energies entwine within your own heart, merging together as one with your heart energy
· Allow this threefold energy to expand and radiate out from you, filling your aura
· Invite the Violet Flame to place itself around your aura
· You are held within a safe and beautiful energy
· You are held within L.O.V.E.
· Allow any vibrations of F.E.A.R to rise to the surface and direct them into the Violet Flame
· When you are in the energy field of L.O.V.E., F.E.A.R. cannot maintain its presence. Its vibration is too low
· As the Violet Flame transmutes the F.E.A.R. into L.O.V.E., J.O.Y. & P.E.A.C.E. welcome these energies back and feel the difference between holding on to the heavy density of F.E.A.R. and the beautiful energy that it has been exchanged for
· Feel how Light and expansive you are
· Recognize your own Divinity
· The Truth of who you really are, and always have been
· Allow the vibration of L.O.V.E. to remain with you
· Feel A.P.P.R.E.C.I.A.T.I.O.N. for your ability to connect with the highest aspects of your ‘self’, your Divine Self in order to attract the energy of L.O.V.E. into your very being
· Allow this A.P.P.R.E.C.I.A.T.I.O.N. to flow through your veins and be absorbed by each and every cell within you
· When you are ready bring your awareness back into your physicalness
· Know that you are L.O.V.E.D.
· Radiate L.O.V.E. to everyone you meet or communicate with
As you do this you will serve both your Self and your Community. Become a L.O.V.E. Radiator and help to raise the vibration of F.E.A.R. in whatever form it appears into L.O.V.E.
