Essence & Truth

“We are individually, and collectively, experiencing tremendous upheavals in our lives which are producing a series of events that are ricocheting out into the Universe on many levels. We are experiencing C H A N G E!
We have a choice. Do we embrace these transformations with a heart-felt ‘knowing’ that we are on the verge of emerging as a beautiful butterfly with the power of the phoenix? Or do we allow the chaos to weigh us down and procrastinate about whether it is the right time for us to step into our true colours and our Truth!
My dear ones, it is a clear choice. And it is your choice. Only when you connect with your Essence, your essential self, can you ‘know’ which way you are ready to proceed.
This journey has always been about removing that which is not essential in order to ‘BE’ who you authentically are. You began as pure spirit, with pure intentions, when you chose this particular life-time. Then life took on its human ‘necessities’ and simplicity was replaced by burdens and responsibilities that, globally, outweighed the pleasures of the essential experience. And so, it became essential to nurture your Essence and reclaim your Truth.
We are mirrors for each other, you and I. On a daily basis we exchange our Love for each other as you continue to channel Light into the depths of my heart, and I continue to lovingly receive the Light and exchange it for ‘earth’-ing your experience. This is a truly beautiful and loving exchange that we each appreciate and allow with Love.
I would like to talk to you more, if I may, about the oceanic creatures that are being disturbed by the vastness of the upheavals that are taking place. I know that those of you who are sensitive to their energies ‘feel’ their plight. However, may I speak on their behalf now, as their Earth Mother too, and say that they also chose this life-time. They are happy to be here, without the ego attached to the human experience, to take part in this unprecedented time of human evolution. They bring the balance that is needed. They too are experiencing great transformations and are willingly rolling with the tides of change. They chose to be here to support your own experiences, and mine. If you can find it in your hearts to daily project your love from this centre of your being, the energy will be raised around their own experience, and know that they do the same for you. You see, we are all mirrors for each other. The more that we each learn to use this ‘wonder’-ful energy of Love, the easier and more ‘joy’-filled the experience will be for all of my Earth children.
May I also speak of a subject that is close to the thoughts of many of you as you go about the business of bringing your lives into a state of balance?
What does balance mean to you? Is it feeling that you are here, manifesting everything that you wish for? Or is it the feeling of One-ness in your heart as you become a catalyst for ‘Heaven on Earth’. You see, having the former is living in a world of wanting what you do not have, whereas the latter is ‘be’-ing in a space where you automatically attract everything you need, and more. Do you understand the difference?
As you are in the zone of pure Essence, as you learn to be the catalyst for your own experience as a channel for Heaven on Earth, you resonate with your Highest energetic self – your God-self, or I AM Presence. And in this space you can not fail to attract beauty, joy, harmony and peace into your experience. It may simply look different to what you expected it to. It will certainly ‘feel’ different to the energy of striving to achieve that which you ‘think’ may be your goal.
You see, when you are in this place of resonance with your Essence your outward experiences do not affect you on an emotional level, except to fill you with a feeling of love and compassion for humanity, and your fellow creatures who share this home.
You may ask how you can remain in this resonance? By placing yourself in the centre of your Universe as you bring Heaven to Earth on a continual basis. You may wish to simply affirm ‘I AM a catalyst for Heaven on Earth’ knowing as you do so that this is your true Essence. I willingly and lovingly support you as you experience your Truth.
When you find yourself in a space of indecision, or of not knowing which way to go, take yourself within and begin to become familiar with your Essence. Explore the possibilities available to you when you are truly ‘in the flow’ of resonance with your Truth, and you will attract into your sphere of ‘be’-ing those who can support you through the process of aligning with your Essence.
You will learn to remove and release that which has been weighing you down. Your teachers will appear and your e-motions (energy in motion) will become more peaceful. Your inner barometer will inform you when you are out of resonance with your Essence and your Truth.
