The Rays are energies that have been given to us as a gift from our Creator to enable us to move through this time of Ascension on planet Earth with the utmost grace and ease. They help us to flow with the experience rather than battle with the resistances that have built up within our physical, mental and emotional bodies. These resistances can cause us to sabotage our own progress.

The Rays combine as a wonderful backdrop of energies for us to pick and choose from as and when our situation changes, they help to motivate, encourage, nurture and love us into moving forward on our various unique pathways. We may feel drawn to a particular Ray energy or Guardian in different situations.

The Angels and Ascended Masters all speak in unison as they say:
